In this course, participants learned how to expand their thinking in a creative way and how to identify the difference between creativity and innovation then how to craft those creative ideas into reality using designed steps and tools to achieve it. One of the objectives of this course was to teach them how to work individually or in groups and what are the techniques to use for both.
